Excide Pte Ltd – Office Administrator

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Performing Corporate Secretary duties (Board of Directors-related duties)
• Performing Executive Administrative Assistant duties for the Directors (scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, communications both within the company and outside, general support). 
• Assisting with operations
• Monitor and renew client contracts when due
• Assist in reviewing company policies and processes periodically to ensure compilance to statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other government agencies)

Qualifications and skills

• Min Diploma/Degree
• Team player with strong attention to details.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to strive in a fast-paced and nimble environment.
• Prior experience using Xero or Quickbooks is strongly preferred, or ability to demonstrate comparable knowledge and skills.
• Able to work independently with initiative and minimum supervision and client oriented.
• Availability to start work immediately would be an advantage
