Key roles :
Support the Retail Outlet Manager to run the outlet profitably, efficiently and professionally, providing good customer service experience.
Core responsibilities :
Support the Retail Outlet Manager to manage the business and operations of the outlet to achieve revenue, profitability and cost targets.
Help monitor and ensure that the outlet is optimally but not overly stocked, and stock information is accurate.
Provide good customer service (including photocopying, laminating, binding, courier service, answering phone calls) so that customers will continue to visit the outlet
Support the Retail Outlet Manager to plan and ensure that merchandise is displayed orderly, professionally and tastefully, including the receiving of supplies, tagging, arranging and displaying them
Support the Outlet Manager to quality-check currency, relevance and adequacy of merchandise items and follow up to keep the merchandise items current and return obsolete items to suppliers.
Provide support in promotion events in the mall to promote Evergreen and draw traffic to the outlet
Help monitor and ensure that the outlet is in physically safe, clean and conducive for customers.
