Events & Weddings Rental – Events and Weddings Executive

Design

• Create and produce new online and print materials such as posters, print ads, sales brochures, manuals, web banners, videos and other brand collateral
• Design, layout and broadcast regular email newsletters for e-marketing campaigns
• Develop and update existing artwork including promotional materials and printed display materials 
• Contribute to and propose creative concepts for brands, products/services and campaigns

PR, Marketing & Admin

• Update and edit company website to ensure contents are relevant and up to date
• Manage publication communication contents and communications to external customers (e.g. emails, brochures)
• Upload and manage new contacts in the email database
• Manage a pipeline for contents to be placed on our various social media platforms
• Handle administration matters pertainings to external customers

Inventory Management

• Manage and track assets movements
• Manage leasing arrangements
• Coordinate moving of assets from warehouse to on-site (to/fro)
