EventRegist is a Japanese tech company providing the online event ticketing & registration platform. We help any types of event organizers to save their time and budget, collect personal data of the event participants, and enhance the event ROI and value. We have worked hundreds over company in Japan and Singapore, such as Beerfest Asia, Oktoberfest Asia, Oishii Japan etc.
While EventRegist was established in Tokyo Japan in 2011, the Singapore branch was established in Nov 2014. We are expanding our business in Singapore and ASEAN market.
Job Description
- Assist and Execute Outbound Sales & Marketing Campaign for customer acquisition
- Online Research of potential clients
- Update the customer database
- Cold Email & calling to arrange meetings with potential clients for new business prospect
- Handling customer service enquiries via email and phone
- Presenting solutions/products to potential clients
- Follow up the potential leads & customers, via phone, email, and face-to-face to educate about product.
- Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries
- Determine client’s requirement and present your findings to project manager to act on
- Assist in writing sales proposal, sales brochures and copy writing
- Supervise staff at onsite counters in clients’ event.
- Attend events to introduce EventRegist service to potential customers and users
- Conduct sales pitch & customer presentation
- Exceed all KPIs & Targets
Requirement
- Energetic, results-driven personality with persistence and efficient time management
- At least some hands-on experience in marketing and/or sales (the more the better!)
- Overall strong communication & creative writing skills as well as high social media competency
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must to form up all materials & engage with our team and customers
- Familiarity with Google Search, Linked-in.

Except meeting and event, you will work at a cafe or your home.
Working Hour
Part time :
Working hour is 4 hours/day between 9:00 - 19:00.
Or Flexible working time : Minimum 20 hours / week.
*Working time excludes commuting time.
Salary : SGD600-800/month.
*Sometimes we request you to work longer time or weekend (Subject to your approval). We will pay extra salary for it.
