We are seeking for a disciplined and enthusiastic procurement or admin assistant who will assistant and help in the organisation and running of events from conception to execution. You will ensure that needs of our clients’ are met satisfactorily, going lengths to tailor our programme to produce quality results and an unforgettable event.

- Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms
- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
- Finalize details of orders and deliveries
Job Requirement
- Able to work independently
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English fluently.
- No experience required.
- Minimum education: 'N' / 'O' levels
