EventNook provides a cloud based online & mobile based event management platform (http://www.eventnook.com) in Asia for event planners and organizers to host events website, manage registration and selling tickets online. The platform makes easy for the event organizers to be able to launch their online event registration site and ticketing in minutes. The company is helping various major events in Asia including Largest Asia Yacht Show, Ho Rih Hwa Leadership Lecture, Global Business Leader Summits, etc.
What we require
EventNook is looking for proactive and disciplined business development interns to help sales growth for the business. The selected candidate role will involve proactively helping new customers via phone, email and face to face meetings for the product demo, sales follow-up and assistance on customer on-boarding process. This includes selling the EventNook platform to the local market by targeting event organizers, local SMB event companies and corporate event clients. The candidate will work closely with the business development team to drive the sales campaign and achieve target.
Responsibilities
- Manage and assist new customers to ensure smooth onboarding process
- Handling customer service enquiries via email and phone
- Follow up the potential leads & customers, via phone, email, and face-to-face to educate about product.
- Conduct sales pitch & customer presentation
- Assist in writing sales proposal, sales brochures and copy writing
- Attend events to introduce eventnook service to potential customers and users
- Assist and Execute Outbound Sales & Marketing Campaign for customer acquisition
- Exceed all KPIs & Targets
Required Skills / Background:
- Passionate on dealing and assisting customers for technical assistance
- Comfortable with mid-high volume cold calling
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Strong desire to make things simple, easier and more effective and efficient
- Ability to work in fast-paced, pro-active entrepreneurial environment
- Photoshop & Design Skill will be plus
- Technology savvy – online technologies, web, mobile, social media
