We are currently looking for a customer-oriented intern who is hungry to learn in helping out customer and eventnook team in sales, operation and event management area. The successful candidate will help our customers using eventnook service successful. You will be working with the customer success team to assist new and existing customers in pre-sales and event tech support operational role. You will learn the insight of event management product and guiding customers with event setup, attending sales inquiries via emails, chat and phone call, writing sales proposal, liasing with event team for operation procedure and conducting product training to customers at the onsite on the event day.
