Eventions Group – Intern (Planner)

Job Scope:

• Involved in assisting and coordinating all stages of live productions & campaigns (virtual, physical & hybrid)
  • Pre-Campaign Conceptualizing, Planning, Coordinating
  • Onsite Facilitation, Execution and Operations
  • Post-Campaign
• Assist in preparation of pitches and operation planning.
• Manage multiple project tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Coordinating logistics, resources, and suppliers for campaigns / productions.
• Involved in Setup and Dismantling of Production Sets
• Basic Administrative Management Duties
