Eventerprise, a global events platform, is changing that by connecting transparently reviewed event managers, - services, - products and venues (event suppliers) with private and corporate clients who want to organise events of any type.

We are looking for a recent graduate or final year student with a passion for recruitment, talent selection, training, people development, and who has an interest in the digital economy. As a Global Talent Selection Intern, you will be responsible for global talent recruitment and selection and assistance with HR functions.
As an international intern, you’ll be working out of our operational hub in Cape Town, South Africa, one of the world’s top travel destinations. At our open plan office, you’ll be given the chance to work across departments and interact with top level management. If you’re looking to develop your skills in a fast-paced, high-tech work environment, you’ve come to right place.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing job portals
- Screening of CVs and scheduling interviews
- Conducting interviews (telephonic, Skype and face to face)
- Onboarding and induction of new employees
- Managing social media accounts (Facebook and LinkedIn)
- Creating recruitment content for social media and our blog
- Global university outreach
- Assisting with managing leave, contracts and employee details
- Assisting with miscellaneous office management duties (ordering of products)
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final year student in any of the following fields – human resources, industrial psychology, psychology or business administration
- Some exposure to Google products like Docs, Calendar, Drive and Gmail
- Strong research skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Some experience within an HR environment would be welcomed
