Job Description

Job Purpose

We’re looking for a sales specialist with a desire to work in an International environment and fast growing company, to help us with our expansion in the Singapore and APAC market. Where we have experienced an unprecedented demand for our award-winning solutions. With existing association and chamber clients such as British Chamber of Commerce Singapore, Swedish Chamber of Commerce Singapore, and corporations such as Deloitte, KPMG, HRIS, Facebook and more.


The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, a strong motivation for success, a startup mindset and should be a globally-minded individual with a passion for sales and International development.

Job Duties

  1. Support our sales team during their onboarding of new leads in the Singapore market and within APAC by attending events, networking and building relationships.
  2. Help the team with the prospect for potential new clients and convert into appointments and reach targets.
  3. Support with handling and learning the complex sales cycle and being able to present the value of our all-in-one cloud solutions to potential customers.
  4. Follow-up and manage with assigned leads (from lead generation, web inquiries, third parties, etc.)
  5. Find and attend relevant events in Singapore in order to better understand local organizer's problems and position EventBank products as a solution to such problems.
  6. Organize events in line with the marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and position EventBank as a thought leader in the event management industry.
  7. Attend industry functions as assigned and approved by management, such as events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  8. Communicate with Senior Sales Director in order to review the progress of all past, present, and future opportunities.

Job Requirements

  1. Starter experience in sales.
  2. Fluent in English, written and spoken (other languages spoken in SE Asia is a plus) – native speakers preferred.
  3. Experience in the software or events space preferred.
  4. Previous exposure, working experience, and knowledge of local and global associations in Singapore is a big plus.
  5. BA/BS in Business, Economics, or related field.
  6. Excellent time management, communication skills, coordination skills, and ability to manage to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
