Event Assistant (Part-Time) – Scent Bar Activation

Rate: $15/hour

Location: Various event venues across Singapore

Availability: Weekdays and weekends (schedule provided in advance)

We’re looking for friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Event Assistants for our Scent Bar – a hands-on perfume-blending station that brings a unique, sensory experience to weddings, corporate events, and brand activations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and packing down the Scent Bar booth or cart

• Welcome guests and explain the concept of the Scent Bar

• Guide guests in creating their own custom roll-on perfumes or essential oil blends

• Share basic knowledge of scents, essential oils, and their uses (training provided)

• Ensure the station is kept clean, organised, and well-stocked during events

• Provide excellent customer engagement and represent the brand professionally

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has prior experience working at events, exhibitions, roadshows, or pop-ups

• Enjoys talking to people and is confident in engaging with guests

• Has an interest in perfumes, scents, wellness, or beauty

• Is punctual, reliable, and proactive

• Can commit to working on both weekdays and weekends, depending on the event schedule

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of essential oils or fragrance is a bonus (not mandatory)

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or events will be an advantage
