Description:

You will be part of the HR team to assist in end-to-end recruitment. In addition, you will be given an opportunity to plan and organize campus recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Support hiring manager to deliver end-to-end recruitment functions which include sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing
2. Aligns the people strategies & policies in the Business Unit(s) with the overall corporate mission and objectives
3. Assesses and anticipate HR-related needs, and regularly communicate these needs within the HR department and Business Unit(s)
4. Formulates partnerships to deliver value added services to both management and employees that reflect the desired outcome of organisation’s people strategies.
