JOB MISSION:
To contribute towards growing the business and profitability of the Home Care category by leveraging regional consumer & market insights. Assist in implementing the global marketing strategy for APAC.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Deliver client briefs by working closely with internal partners (account managers, fragrance development managers & technical team) to define the winning fragrance strategy.
- Develop relevant trends, consumer insights and concepts to support key fragrance offerings that are relevant to the APAC region and clients.
- Ensure that global category tools contain relevant insights from regional marketing teams and that global category guidelines are applied for home care category at a regional level.Survey the APAC market for the latest product launches & trends in Home Care.
- Extract market figures from data sources, analyzing data and presenting it in an appropriate format.
- Coordinate marketing activities for customer engagements, internal workshops, and meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business and Administration or related studies.
- 3 or more years relevant work experience.
- B2B Marketing knowledge with strong know-how of B2C Marketing in a multi-national environment, especially for the Home Care category.
- Good understanding of marketing strategy and principles including branding, new product development, creative promotions, packaging, and digital marketing.
- A dynamic team player, be comfortable working across functions in a multi-cultural environment, with a positive, self-driven or results oriented attitude.
- Strong sense of design & attention to details.
- Passionate about fragrances & FMCG.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willing and able to travel.
- English language – written and verbal proficiency
