JOB PURPOSE AND CONTEXT

Assist in day-to-day functions in HR department from administrative support, recruitment and selection to HR operational support.

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Assist in staff onboarding and off boarding processes.
• Learning of full recruitment processes as well as arranging and conducting interviews.
• Learning of work permit application processes and renewals.
• Assist in coordination of staff training and development programs.
• Assist in employee engagement programs like meetings and events.
• Assist in arrangement of staff welfare and benefits.
• Assist in requisition of stationaries and distribution of staff uniforms.
• Any other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
