Job Description
  • Providing first class customer service in handling emails, social media enquiries, feedback, compliments & complaints from customers.
  • Attend to phone calls promptly.
  • Providing good customer service to walk-in visitors and guests.
  • Manage the customers’ enquires/complaints through email in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the reception area and all meeting rooms are clean, neat and tidy.
  • Assist in day to day administrative matters including (not exhaustive):
    • Management of mails and courier packages
    • Management of meeting room facilities
    • Update and Maintain Internal Phone List
  • Assist in the Procurement and Management of General Office and Stationery Supplies – First Aid Boxes, Newspapers, Groceries, Photocopy Paper, Envelopes etc.

Qualification

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and above
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role
  • Pleasant and positive demeanour
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin (Effectively Bilingual is important as this person needs to manage both Singapore and China stakeholders)
  • Open-minded and good team player
  • Good EQ and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to details
