Job Description

Job Description – Sales Executive (Private Hire Vehicle Recruitment) Mode: Onsite (Field Sales)

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: 1 Kampong Ampat, #01-05, Singapore 368314

Experience Required: 0 to 1 Years (Fresh graduates welcome)

Salary: SGD 2,500 per month + 2% Commission


No Experience required for this role we will provide you the training

This is sales related job so you need to travel withing Singapore but you will get 300 SGD for traveling allowance



Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, field-oriented Sales Executive to join our driver acquisition team at . This is a hunter role for an energetic individual who thrives on street-level engagement, generating interest, and converting leads for our Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) pool. You will not be sitting in an office waiting for inbound leads—you’ll be actively engaging the community and driving new growth.


Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify and engage prospective PHV drivers to join our fleet

• Provide personalized walkthroughs offerings and incentives

• Understand customer intent and timelines to build strong driver profiles



Required Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passionate about sales, mobility, and service innovation

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required

• Fluent in English; additional local languages are a bonus

• Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset
