We are looking for driven Sales Interns to help us reach out to restaurants, cafes, catering companies, and F&B groups in Singapore.

Job Description

What You Will Do

As a Sales Intern, you will support our business development and sales efforts for Esse Digital’s F&B solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Research and identify potential F&B leads, including restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, caterers, and multi-outlet F&B brands
  • Build prospect lists using online directories, Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp, or social media
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to understand business needs and pain points
  • Help schedule product demos with decision-makers
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and follow-up messages
  • Update and maintain CRM records
  • Support market research on competitors, pricing, and F&B technology trends
  • Gather feedback from prospects to improve our pitch and product positioning

What You Will Learn

This internship is suitable for students who want hands-on experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, startups, and F&B technology.

You will learn:

  • How to sell software to real businesses

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident, and willing to learn.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, or related fields
  • Comfortable speaking to business owners and decision-makers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Organised and comfortable tracking leads and follow-ups
  • Interest in startups, F&B, sales, or technology
  • Prior sales, telemarketing, events, customer service, or F&B experience is a plus, but not required
