Job Description
Retail Sales Associate (Full Time / Part Time)
Requirements:
- A bubbly, approachable, and dependable personality who is a team player
- Passion for sales and interaction with people
- Clean and meticulous
- Shows integrity and initiative
- Quick to learn as learning curve is steep
- Customer facing experience is a plus point but not a necessity - if you are willing to learn, we welcome having you
- Able to work minimally 3 days a week, for a minimum period of 3 months, including weekends and/or public holidays
- Able to start work from 27 June onwards
- Singaporeans and PRs only, due to lack of headcount
Job scope
- Represent the brand’s values to our customers
- Provide top notch customer service to all customers
- Ensuring merchandise inventory is up to date
- Handling customers queries and complaints
- Cashiering duties
- Daily upkeep frontend and backend
