Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Provide good customers services to internal and external customers
- A self-starter with initiative and strong ownership
- Understand end to end processes with strong follow up skills
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and attending to visitors/couriers, etc
- Open letterbox, receiving malls, arranging for courier service and frank mails (on ad-hoc basis)
- Administer stationary and pantry supplies
- Coordinate with vendors on maintenance and service agreement
- Liaise with building maintenance personnel for ad-hoc service
- Liaise with storage vendor for retrieving and archiving of documents
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department
