ERA – Real Estate Videographer + Content Editor

Seeking an independent, motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Social Media + Content Intern to support real estate content creation. This role provides an unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate operations, branding, and market analysis. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with weekend availability. 

Photography & Videography

• Ability to shoot and edit content

• Property photography

• Property walkthrough videos, both short and long form

• Short-form video clips for Instagram, TikTok, and XHS

• Basic lifestyle and branding visuals for marketing use

Design & Marketing Support

• Support in designing property flyers, EDMs, and brochures to enhance outreach

• Adapt visuals for online and offline marketing formats

Market & Content Support

• Collate pricing and project details to support marketing narratives

• Assist with visual presentation of data where required

Editing Scope

• Cinematic edit

• Clean simple transitions

• Light background music when appropriate

Equipment

• Own camera and stabilisation equipment

Working Arrangement

• Freelance or part-time

• Project-based or retainer-based (to be discussed)

• Shoots mainly in West and Central areas

Ideal Candidate

• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented

• Open to feedback and collaboration

• Strong familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools. Strong in spotting social media trends.

• Portfolio with video editing examples

• Excellent communication, research, and organisational skills. Ability to work on weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule.

• Strong proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong proficiency in Canva, Photoshop or similar design tools.
