Job Description
- In-charge of month end closing, ensuring compliance with both US and local GAAP and internal policies.
- Manage intercompany transactions and cross-charges
- Prepare journals, monthly Balance Sheet schedules and Balance Sheet Flux analysis
- Perform regular Internal control activity document testing - Sarbanes Oxley
- Prepare local statutory filing (around Mar to Jun period)
- Liaise with external/internal auditors/internal users etc
- Develop/enhance internal controls, policies, processes and procedures and ensure that they are properly scoped and enforced and are effective and efficient.
- Involved in projects/system enhancement and any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Job requirements:
- Accountancy background
- Fluent in reading/writing in English. Chinese will be an extra point
- Highly motivated and competent individual with good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Someone who is positive and a good team player
- Possess good problem-solving abilities, with lots of initiative and drive, a strong sense of internal control and a keen eye for details and process improvements
- A strong plus if you have Excel VBA experiences
