Equidius Services Pte Ltd – Claims Executive (Flex)

We help companies and individuals manage healthcare costs with EQ Benefits, Singapore’s preferred health, and wellness privilege card. As a Claims Executive (Flex), your responsibilities include being a part of the core claims team to manage and provide day-to-day support to maintain high satisfaction rates for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up the claims portal accounts for new clients (including employees/dependants, Flex allocation, etc.)
• Liaise with client’s HR on client’s requirement for Flex allocation, claims, etc
• Manage the employee movements for new hires and leavers
• Take note of any changes on CPF and IRAS on CPF payable items and taxable items, respectively
• Process claims based on client’s requirements within KPI
• Prepare monthly & ad hoc reports (E.g. Claims Details Report, Payroll Report)
• Update claims status on various payment dates
• Liaise with developers on technical issues & features
• Assist in platform testing whenever required
• Participate in meetings with clients on accounts and claims related issues
• Attend to enquiries from employees pertaining to accounts and/or claims through support channels
• Schedule and/or conduct communication sessions with clients
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Possess initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
