  • Set and define marketing activities and strategy 
  • Direct innovation and productivity initiatives
  • Manage application of data-driven commercial insights
  • Adapt marketing strategy and plans on an ongoing basis to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Advise senior leadership on product and service marketing .Define marketing strategies for specific product and service lines Develop marketing strategy to aligned with business objectives. Identify issues facing target segments and business, current opportunities and the latest on competitor movements
  • Demonstrate leadership with business stakeholders including need to pushback on proposed initiatives to demonstrate strongest case for ROI
  • Lead the shaping of the brand for competitive positioning. Set the business and the team in prioritizing areas of marketing focus to reflect market developments. Set the direction for the design of integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
  • Plan approach for sales opportunities. Close and following up of deals. Pitch products and/or services.
  • Coordinate with relevant to finalize all terms and conditions related to contracts and agreements.
  • Negotiate specific terms of product and service offerings.
  • Prepare and submitting of bid documents. Develop quotes and proposals
  • Transfer prospects to Projects or Service Maintenance Team
  • Leverage network to identify potential clients and decision makers in the organization.
  • Direct innovation and productivity initiatives
  • Prepare documents and materials for meetings and negotiations
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate
  • Seek sales opportunities with new customers
  • Develop the organization’s unique selling propositions and differentiators based on market and competitor knowledge
  • Develops prospects through on-site visits, phone and/or email Report on the status of new sales activities. Source prospects through multiple channels
  • Research sales support information
  • Evaluate opportunities through financial feasibility studies and market research
  • Present to senior stakeholders on business trends and impact on new services, products, and distribution channels
  • Research potential clients, new markets, products, and services

 

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma Holder 
  • Completed National Service 
  • Class 3 Driving License 
  • Min 5 years in IT Sales Industry
