Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Calling customers and handling their enquiries.
- Analyzing customer profile and take on the appropriate actions.
- Providing accurate information to customers.
- Executing necessary follow ups based on case and given guidelines.
- Performing basic administrative work.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level holder/ 'N' level holder
- At least 1 year work experience
- Good communication & analytical skills
- Familiar with with MS Excel & Word
- Comfortable to speak over the phone
