Job Description

Position: Operation Intern

Department: Operation Department

Company: EPOS Pte Ltd

Location: Redhill

Candidate Citizenship Status: Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Resident

Working Hours: Monday ~ Friday (9am to 6pm)

Responsibilities

- Maintain high customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

- Provide accurate and timely information to effectively handle customer queries.

- Aim for first-contact resolution, demonstrating efficiency and a customer-focused service approach.

- Collaborate closely with customers on upcoming installations for seamless data management.

- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely data upload.

- Portray a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers, both internal and external.

- Actively contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience and operational processes.

- Assist in preparing hardware, conducting on-site installations, and troubleshooting hardware issues.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.

- Positive attitude towards learning, with a willingness to acquire new skills.

- Ability to learn and acquire product knowledge with a positive and hardworking approach.

- Shows initiative and is proactive in addressing customer needs.

- Confident, civil, and tactful communication with customers.

- Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written) for communication with Chinese-speaking merchants.

- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, honoring deadlines, keeping promises, and maintaining service standards.

- Proficient in Google Sheets, Email, and Messaging apps.
