Job Description

Job Summary

This internship is ideal for students who are enthusiastic, proactive, and enjoy both fieldwork and strategic thinking. We are looking for candidates who can commit to at least 3 months.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Field Exposure

  • Identify and reach out to SMEs via cold calling and canvassing
  • Execute the full sales journey, from lead generation and client interactions to product presentations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain records of leads, calls, and follow-ups
  • Conduct research on target markets and competitors

Project and Strategic Problem Solving

  • Work on a problem statement - within the topic of business development/sales.
  • Analyse field insights and propose actionable recommendations

Learning and Development

  • Attend internal training sessions (product, sales, business development)
  • Shadow experienced business development or sales professionals
  • Receive coaching on client engagement, fieldwork, and project work
