Epicsoft Asia – UI / UX Design Intern

Job Duties 

• Deliver UX and heuristic/usability analysis using appropriate methodologies and techniques. 
• Conduct end-to-end user testing. Plan, recruit and report using qual and quant (where possible) to provide high-value insights into the customers’ needs and pain points. 
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. 
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to complete the user interface design development processes.

Qualifications & Skills 

• Portfolio showcasing experience in web and mobile application UI and UX
• Experience establishing and analysing UX metrics. 
• Experience with end-to-end research projects; from defining goals and objectives, developing scripts or interview guides, conducting fieldwork, analysing results, and sharing insights with the Product team. 
• Good in any of the designing tools (Sketch, Invision, Principle, Framer, Flinto, Figma, Azure, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Web, Android, IOS) 
• Familiar with agile development methodology and be able to collaborate with different stakeholders in the project to ensure the best user experience of the application. 
• Strong communications and presentations skills with stakeholders at all levels.
