-Providing administrative support and other administrative duties to HR department
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
-Handle booking of meeting rooms
-Ensure the meeting rooms are clean & tidy at all times
-Greet guests and escort them to the meeting rooms
-Serve refreshments to guests and organize catering
-Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
-Prepare correspondence and documents
-Prepare and mail local normal and registered mails
-Prepare local courier (arranging with courier company, preparation of consignment note)
-Prepare overseas courier (packing, preparation of airway bill & pro-forma invoice)
-Receive / collect and distribute mail, faxes, documents etc to recipients
-Be the first point of contact for maintenance issues eg Inform building maintenance on malfunctioning lightings, air conditioning, etc
-Monitor and maintain office equipment
-Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
