Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing Intern to work closely with the founder during an exciting phase of brand transformation and growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be part of building a brand from the ground up, with real exposure across branding, content, PR and retail experience and with potential to convert into a full-time role.

What you’ll work on

Day-to-day

Social media strategy & content

  • Ideate and create content for IG / TikTok (Reels, short-form video, captions)
  • Plan and manage content calendar
  • Track performance and optimise based on insights, with a focus on growing a quality audience

Creative & design (online + in-store)

  • Design marketing assets (IG posts, stories, banners)
  • Create in-store and online visuals for new arrivals, launches, sales and pop-ups
  • Assist in conceptualising in-store displays and styling aligned with brand aesthetic
  • Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints

Website revamp

  • Work directly with suppliers to source images and content
  • Upload and organise content for the new website
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone and product presentation

In the pipeline

Rebranding campaign

  • Support development of new brand direction, messaging and launch ideas
  • Brief and liaise with external agencies
  • Assist in executing campaign roll-out across platforms

KOL / influencer partnerships

  • Identify and shortlist relevant creators
  • Assist with outreach, coordination and briefing
  • Track campaign deliverables and performance

PR support (new arrivals & launches)

  • Assist in crafting PR angles and messaging
  • Support outreach to media and creators
  • Coordinate product seeding and track coverage

What you’ll gain

Who we’re looking for

  • Able to commit primary focus to the role during the internship period
  • Strong interest in branding, social media, PR and creative work
  • Good eye for aesthetics with basic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe is a plus)
  • Familiar with IG / TikTok trends and formats
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership
