Location: Paya Lebar

Type: Internship | 6 months and above | Hybrid

Start Date: Dec 2025- Jan 2026

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm

Renumeration: $1000-1200/month

 

Role Description

This is a paid Internship role for a Learning Operations Intern at ENiBLE located in Singapore. As a Learning Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of managing learning and development projects.

What You’ll Do:

Primary Roles: 

 Training Preparation & Delivery

  • Assist facilitators in end-to-end preparation of training materials, logistics, and certificates.
  • Manage and launch client profiling and assessment tools where necessary.

 

Business Development Support

  • Assist in preparing tender applications, proposals, and quotations.
  • Help gather and organize documentation required for submissions.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and training opportunities.

 

Secondary Roles:

Marketing & Event Organization Support

  • Assist in designing content for social media, training materials, brochures etc.
  • Support in organizing and executing our monthly learn and connect sessions.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Students or fresh graduates in L&D, HR, Business, or related fields.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Comfortable with research, data organization, and document preparation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
