- Assist with recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, and coordination with candidates for recruitment/onboarding related activities.
- Assist with employee offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and updating employee records.
- Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, managing training materials, and tracking employee training progress.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including but not limited to filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Any other adhoc activities that is assigned by the manager.
