Job Description

We are looking for a new team member to support our activities with a well-known global technology MNC. In this role, you will be involved in executing partner-focused initiatives such as B2B events and training programs, sales incentive reporting, and other Market Development Funded (MDF) activities that strengthen channel partnerships and accelerate business growth.

As an Admin/Events intern, you will be working closely with our Project Team and Account Director to coordinate external stakeholders as well as our creative team to ensure smooth execution across projects. Responsibilities of this position include assisting with event execution as well as administrative tasks. This includes: vendor management, preparing reports, tracking budgets, managing invoices, maintaining project documentation and more.

This is a coordination-focused position that requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask across multiple stakeholders. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable and who contributes positively in a collaborative team environment. 

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Basic project management and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with internal creative teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience handling administrative tasks (e.g., vendor management, scheduling, documentation, invoicing, reporting)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability, willingness to learn, and a positive team attitude
