Encore Films Pte Ltd – Marketing Intern / Executive

Job Title: MARKETING & PUBLICITY EXECUTIVE 

 Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate and execute marketing and publicity plans 
2. Manage marketing collaterals and communication
3. Prepare reports and proposals for potential partners / sponsors 
4. Handle media clippings and PR administrative duties
5. Liaise with media on interviews and write ups
6. Events management and co-ordination

 Requirements:

1. Must have a passion for movies 
2. Has strong initiative, positive attitude and team oriented 
3. Able to work independently, multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines 
4. Excellent spoken and written communication skills to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking business associates and clients
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
6. Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related discipline 
7. At least 2 years of relevant experience and event management
