- Job Description
Accounts :
- Reconciliation of store collection
- Posting of invoices / journals
- Bank/supplier reconciliation
Admin
- Sorting & distribution of incoming mail & receipts/documents from store
- Ordering of stationery, Polar water, garbage bags, thermal rolls, printing supplies, cartridges, etc (For both office & Stores)
- Answering phone calls
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Able to multi-task and organize and prioritize workload.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting will be an advantage
- Minimum GCE 'O' or Nitec
- Hands-on experience working with SAP-B1 and good knowledge in Excel
- Positive attitude as team-player
- Possess good communication skills
