Job Description
- Day-to-Day Level 1/Level 2 incident/problem management ticket support and SLAs
- Strong communication skills in handling responses to end-users’ via E-mails, Phone calls or ticket platforms
- Coordination between end-users, stakeholders, and third party vendors
- DEV/SIT/UAT support and coordination within end-users and internal teams
- End-user training and/or facilitation
- End-user guides creation
- Managing of Change/Service requests
- Drafting and maintaining of Operations documentation
- Track deliverables and reporting on progress
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e MS word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to create detailed business analysis, outlining trends and problems from data [Nice to Have]
- Minutes of meeting (MoM) [Nice to Have]
- Microsoft SharePoint [Nice to Have]
- Microsoft Power Automate [Nice to Have]
- MYSQL/SQL server [Nice to Have]
