Job Description
  1. Day-to-Day Level 1/Level 2 incident/problem management ticket support and SLAs
  2. Strong communication skills in handling responses to end-users’ via E-mails, Phone calls or ticket platforms
  3. Coordination between end-users, stakeholders, and third party vendors
  4. DEV/SIT/UAT support and coordination within end-users and internal teams
  5. End-user training and/or facilitation
  6. End-user guides creation
  7. Managing of Change/Service requests
  8. Drafting and maintaining of Operations documentation
  9. Track deliverables and reporting on progress
  10. Proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e MS word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  11. Ability to create detailed business analysis, outlining trends and problems from data [Nice to Have]
  12. Minutes of meeting (MoM) [Nice to Have]
  13. Microsoft SharePoint [Nice to Have]
  14. Microsoft Power Automate [Nice to Have]
  15. MYSQL/SQL server [Nice to Have]
