Job Description
Growing interior design firm specializing in residential and commercial projects looking for Sales Executive to expand business clientele and efficiently manage projects with the current team.
Job Scope
- Take on leads to close potential sales deals
- Manage client’s inquiries and requirements
- Work closely with Quantity Surveyor and the design team to prepare drawings, costing, quotation and proposals
- Manage project tasks and work schedule.
- Meet and present Design Proposals to clients.
- Follow-through all required client communications.
- Maintain excellent client relationships.
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the ID industry.
- Understands ID products.
- Preference for bilingual candidates
- Work well in a small team and is willing to learn and grow with the team
- Disciplined and possesses positive thinking
- IT-savvy with design software, phone apps, social media, ZOOM, Google Docs and MS Office.
- Competent in using software(s): AutoCAD/ Google SketchUp/ 3D Studio Max/ Photoshop
- Flair in creative and have a passion for spatial design.
- Service-oriented, proactive and have an outgoing personality.
- Organise, can multitask and detail in work.
- Willingness to take on new roles and work as the company grows.
- Experienced in ID industry or relevant industry is preferred
