Company Profile

Our Client is an established firm in Singapore that deals with industrial vehicles leasing. They have a diversified portfolio which includes commercial and passenger vehicles, industrial equipment and financial services. Currently, they are looking for an Admin Assistant to support them with administrative and liaison matters.

Job Description

Admin Assistant / $2k Per Month / Tuas

Create data entry for new order on daily basis
Liaise with sales team on vehicle related enquiry
Liaise with agents/contractor on booking of vehicle requirements and related matters
Verify of document prior registration of vehicle
Update on order tracking progress on a daily basis
Arrangement vehicle delivery after registration
Generate Purchase Orders, Tax Invoice, Delivery Order and etc.
Participate in sourcing process and cost saving initiatives
Organize and filling of documents

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications :
GCE O Level & above
Experience :
Minimum 1 year of working experience as an admin
Skills :
Meticulous and detailed
Able to work independently when required

OTHER INFORMATION:

Working Location : Tuas
Transport provided from Joo Koon MRT
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
