Position: Wealth Planning Manager
Location: Islandwide
Base Salary: Up to $3,000/month
(Salary package includes fixed allowances, commission and incentives on top of base salary)

The products and services include loans, credit cards, investment and unit trusts, insurance, and priority banking. • A wealth planning manager would primarily serve the individual retail customer and advise them on various personal banking and financial products and services offered by the bank.
• Seek opportunities to engage customers through branch banking touch points, tele-appointments, and/or outreach programs.
• Possess sound financial knowledge and provide holistic financial planning advice to the customers.
• Identify suitable financial solutions offered by the bank to meet their financial goals.
• Have a good understanding of the banking regulations and to adhere to the rules and guidelines when conducting business.
• Offer products and services by the bank which include loans, credit cards, investment, unit trusts, insurance and priority banking

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• A willingness to work on a flexible schedule
• Have the passion for banking and wealth management
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Confident and have strong presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex information clearly
