The Opportunity

Elementals Studio is a leading Augmented and Virtual reality development studio in the world with clients from Fortune 500. We have projects all over the world in different industries. Our 3d visualisation and configuration platform for augmented and virtual reality is one of the most sophisticated in the world. We specialize in AR and VR solutions with premium high quality 3d graphics for mobile devices.

We are looking for a sales/business development manager into our Singapore office. This is an entry level position and we are ready to work with you as an intern or as a full-time employee. Fresh Graduates and / or Sales & BD Professional less than 3 years experiences.

Remuneration consist of a fixed salary and we are also ready to discuss % from project sales with successful candidates.

You will have a lot of freedom in proposing and executing your sales strategy.

You will be the creative engine to come up with sales ideas for AR and VR products and software to different clients.

What You Will Learn

You will be working with world class specialists in AR and VR, with the most cutting-edge innovative technology.

Job Description

· Develop strategic sales growth plan with management, set KPIs and execute;

· Proactively identify and connect with strategic business partners and clients;

· Create product proposals for potential clients. Design product offerings suitable for different businesses, including presentation materials, marketing materials, merchandizing materials and other items as required;

· After sales account support;

· Develop and initiate partnerships and sales to open markets in Asia Pacific, North America and the EU;

· Develop new business opportunities with strategic partners and other potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle including targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions;

· Manage and attend booths in trade and technology fairs worldwide;

· Take part in the development and execution of the company marketing strategy;

Requirements

· Fresh Graduates and / or Sales & BD Professional less than 3 years experiences;

· Driven, determined and creative in acquiring new customers;

· Knowledge in marketing, computer science or other related fields will be a plus;

· Multilingual (English, Mandarin-Chinese);

· Excellent presentation and department, previous experience not necessary as you will learn on the job;

· Interpersonal communication. Ability to talk to people within all levels of an organization;

· Analytical knowledge. Being able to interpret written, visual and verbal communications;

· Creativity and expression. Ability to think of a new way of doing things, namely to put new concepts over in a way that can be readily understood;

· Influencing and negotiation skills. Well skilled in the art of persuasion and negotiation;

· Team player;

· Computer skills. A good working knowledge of word processors, spreadsheets, and other commonly used apps is essential;

· Commercial nous. Business acumen;

· Ambition to succeed. Your drive will be a key ingredient to getting into sales and business development;

· Self motivated, high energy and passionate;

· Well organized. Honest. Always on time;
