What the internship is about:
As the Product & Growth intern, you will have opportunities to work in various fields, including product management, growth marketing, user research, UX/UI design & data analysis. You will be encouraged to participate actively in client meetings and gain exposure to different businesses and industries. While we have a fast-paced work environment, the work we do is definitely both meaningful and rewarding! By end internship, you can expect to gain a firm understanding of the role of a consultant and also attain valuable skills in both product and growth development.
What your job is as an intern:
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Product
- Help to think of new ideas which improve our client products
- Assist with prototype creation and conducting user tests
- This will give you: Skills in creating ideas, prototyping them and testing them with users
- Marketing
- Analyse client business performance, identify opportunities for growth and develop recommendations
- Assist with setup and implementation of marketing activities for clients
- This will give you: An understanding of leading marketing tools and how to manage effective marketing campaigns through them
- Reporting, data analysis, and market research
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitive landscapes
- Prepare data-driven presentations and reports for client products
- Investigate and identify gaps in analytics & tracking tools used by clients
- This will give you: Exposure to the most commonly used data analysis tools and how to use them
- Client engagement
- Directly engage with clients to build key strategies and impact business decisions
- This will give you: Training on managing client relations and expectations

Who we’re looking for:
While we prefer individuals with a business, computer science, media & design, statistics or psychology background, this application is open to people from all majors.
The ideal candidate is someone who is able to think critically, loves solving problems and is highly entrepreneurial. We value effective communicators with a positive work attitude and are motivated by the desire to learn, achieve and contribute.
We firmly believe that thirst for knowledge, work ethic and attitude are more important than a candidate’s existing skills or experiences. However, it will be a bonus if candidates have prior experience/expertise in the web and internet sector, particularly in:
- Microsoft Suites
- Digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Google, email marketing, CRM, etc.
- Web or mobile app analytics tools
- Sketching and design tools
Desired Start Date:
We are looking for interns to start in September. Interviews and admission will happen on a rolling basis.
Schedule & Compensation:
The intern must be able to commit to at least 2 months. Accommodations to timings and hours can be made based on the intern’s timetable but he/she will be expected to commit to at least 2 days per week. This is a paid internship.
