Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage full spectrum of purchasing process
• Handling purchase, import and export shipping documentation
• Issues purchase orders and coordinated delivery schedule and generate purchase orders and maintain the filing system of purchasing records
• Ensure procurement procedures and policies are followed
• Involved in forecast planning, sourcing and recommending suitable products, in accordance with desired purchase conditions
• Doing claims for damaged products from the supplier
• To maintain strong inventory control and monitoring stock level
• Administrative duties such as keying of invoices and data entry, checking of stocks daily, answering phone calls, reply emails

Requirements: 

• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' level / secondary school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-year relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a Chinese speaking environment
• Possess positive attitude towards learning 
• Strong ability to work independently
• Able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
