The Office Manager Assistant will work on administrative tasks and report to the General Manager. He/She is expected to act as a liaison role with the ability to engage directly with internal team members. He/She is to cover the duties of the Office Manager while she goes on medical leave in August - November 2023.
You need to be a fast learner, go-getter, independent, resourceful, able to multi-task and have a sparkling personality, great sense of urgency and interpersonal skills, with great interests in advertising and event industry.
Singaporean or PR
Be able to commit fully to work for at least 2 months
Minimum Diploma in a related field
Knowledge of business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Good attitude towards learning and culture of improvement
Strong time management and organisation skills
Task-oriented, meticulous and conscientious in documentation
Ability to work independently and as a team
Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within the deadline
Strong problem-solving skills in optimising workflows and work problems
Any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by Office Manager and General Manager

5-day work week (Mondays–Fridays), 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (1-hour lunch).
No overtime is required.
