Economics Design – Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the invoices posting and updating the ledger
• Ensure that all invoices received have proper contracts in place
• Review the trade invoices and make sure all supporting documents are fully attached
• Prepare monthly payments
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• In-charge of the intercompany transactions and billing
• Prepare and maintenance of the relevant schedules and AP and AR ageing
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit activities
• Provide COO the support on all accounting and taxation matters
• Support the COO on grant programs and any other adhoc projects

Qualifications / Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
• 5 Years of experience managing Accounting in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a start-up, retail and/or eCommerce environment is highly advantageous
• Highly organized and motivated, a team player and fast learner
• Meticulous and attention to detail
• Well verse on major accounting systems such as QuickBooks and Xero is highly advantageous
• Experience in fund raising is highly advantageous
• Tehc savvy; strong experience and knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with CPF contributions and Singapore taxation

Preferably based in Singapore
