Economics at Tuitiongenius Pte Ltd – Administrator

As an administrator, you will be required to work 2-3 days a week, on weekday afternoon evenings / weekends. 

We are flexible in terms of scheduling (You can decide which days you prefer to work as long as you work minimally 2 days each week).

Jobscope:

1. Assist in daily classroom operations (print notes, ensure classroom cleanliness, restock pantry, administrative tasks like taking attendance)
2. Ensure that attendance lists & enrolment lists are updated properly
3. Finance duties such as generating invoices & collecting payments
4. Assist in misc administrative works (assist Finance Manager in finance related admin work)
5. Do up subtitles for our "5 minutes Economic videos"

We pay on an hourly rate of $9/hour to $10/hour, so the more you work, the more you get paid!
