Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific (80%)

 Customer Service

  • Support the team involved in providing frontline services, which includes assisting in managing clients’ and sponsors’ enquiries, complaints, feedback, identifying situations where clients/sponsors require additional attention, etc.
  • Assist frontline in managing second-tier escalation in client management.
  • Report second-tier escalation in client management to Home Care Head/Manager when necessary
  • Conduct relevant audits in areas of job scope
  • Support the frontline staff in meeting homecare team’s daily key performance indicators

 Homecare Operations

  • Assist Homecare Head/Manager in the management of homecare operations, which includes administrative support, billing, payment, coordination, staff matters, admissions, discharges, referrals, etc.
  • Assist in daily reporting and analysing statistics and data to meet/review revenue target.
  • Purchase and monitor inventories of clinical and non-clinical items, such as clinical consumables, stationeries, IT equipment, etc.
  • Handle all staff matters, such as claims, rosters, leave, work permit renewals, uniforms, etc.
  • Assist in case coordination, such as rostering, multi-disciplinary meeting, referrals, etc.
  • Assist in collaboration with other stakeholders, such as AIC, allied health services, etc.

 Quality Management

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Comply with quality improvement audits and activities
  • Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives
  • Identify risks, mitigate and perform service recovery

 General (20%)

  • Assist to review/develop workflow and SOPs for homecare operations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties, within job scope, as assigned by your reporting officer

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Empathetic and good with people relationships
  • Great at problem-solving with a strong ability to think at granular levels
  • Excellence team spirit, and collaborative mindset
  • Fluent and effective communication skills
  • Proficient, effective, and comfortable with manual records such as keying in data, numbers, and analysis
  • Keen to learn and comfortable to use internal CRM system such as SAGE and HubSpot
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality sector

 This role reports and supports the Head, Home Care Department.
