Job Description

eCloudvalley is seeking a high-potential intern who embodies Learn and Be Curious, Think Big, Invent and Simplify, and Ownership principles. In eCloudvalley, we create opportunities to develop our interns, allowing you to gain invaluable project experience, and hone your leadership and team skills.

The HR Intern will work closely with eCloudvalley’s Learning and Development (L&D) team. The nature of work will entail supporting the team in project management and program innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Support the development and implementation of learning initiatives and programmes

· Develop creative and innovative content to create awareness on the learning and engagement initiatives and programmes via internal communication channels

· Analyze, and distill actionable insights from L&D data and metrics that help inform company-wide decisions

· Plan and organize employee wellness programmes

· Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Learning Outcomes and Objectives

· Gain insight on the different HR functions in a company

· Experience working on HR projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

· Learn about the learning and development, total rewards, and talent management processes of a company

· Organising and scheduling learning events

· Learn to plan and facilitate employee engagement activities

· Learning opportunities and guidance from a mentor

· Recommend improvements to HR processes

Requirements

· Meticulous and resourceful

· Able to work independently and in a team

· Independent worker with a high level of initiative and creativity skill

· Good organizational, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

· Undergraduate student majoring in Business Studies/Management/Human Resource Management/Marketing or equivalent

· Able to commit full-time/part-time/combination for at least 3 to 6 months
