Our exquisitely hand-crafted diamond simulants showcase the flawless artistry of our highly skilled craftsmen. Our stones are optically similar to naturally mined diamonds, and are indistinguishable to the naked eye.  

We started off solely online in 2017, and now have a pop-up store at 313@Somerset.

Job Description

Individual to be involved in:

1. Develop and implement all marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches

  • Internalise the brand portfolio and positioning of media assets
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collaterals
  • Prepare press kits for marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate the logistics involved in organizing marketing activities
  • Maintain databases for campaign lifecycle management
  • Send periodic marketing schedules toncreative agencies for further dissemination

2. Build and manage brand’s social media profiles and presence, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.

3. Create product content (e.g. product images & videos, website copy, blog posts, email communications) to articulate the benefits of our products to our audience.

4. Manage marketing budget

  • Provide data and trends on historical marketing expenses to support budget development
  • Provide current cost estimates for campaign elements to support budget development
  • Track marketing expenses against budget for management reporting

5. Use research and insights

  • Collate customer ratings and advertising sales figures from various sources
  • Track customer activity for brands or media assets across platforms
  • Create detailed reports to present customer trends to management

6. Manage marketing communications through partners

  • Identify potential partner advertising agencies for organisation’s marketing communications
  • Engage advertising agencies on a day-to-day basis to communicate expectations and contingent requirements
  • Track performance of partner agencies for management reporting
