- Handle monthly closing and responsible for day to day accounting transactions
- Handle Interco processing and reconciliations
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Maintain customer master records, and update customer account information.
- Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing.
- Send reminders, and contact customers for payments as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Candidate with prior experience and knowledge in handling Singapore's Accounts will be advantage
- Good command in English and Chinese (spoken & written) to handle queries from Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the accounting payable/ receivable, GST filing and accounting matters
