As an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) of SSG, we specialize in developing and training CET courses under frame works such as Employability Skills and Service Excellence.
Induction & Orientation Training in English & Chinese on items 1 to item 5 designed to give a feel of a management consultant and trainer.
Working closely with our consulting team, interns will acquire lasting experience by first being well trained and then getting involved in real projects.
The interns will learn through presentation skills, coaching, group interaction, rehearsal, personal grooming and fun activities .
1.To assist project consultants in establishing and implementing the internationally acclaimed management systems such as OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 9001 Quality Management, in related Industries.
2.To assist project engineer/consultants in conducting success skill and leadership courses such as WSQ Problem Solving & Decision Making; WSQ Communicate & Relate effectively at workplace ; WSQ Service Excellence Courses , Behavioural safety , WSQ Demonstrate the Service Vision, WSQ Personal Effectiveness , WSQ Developing Innovative & Enterprising Behaviour, etc.
3.To be involved in Human Resource Training & Development for firms.
4.To pick up management consulting skills and be involved in the marketing of Eben`s consulting packages.
5. To be involved in Productivity Diagnosis and Measurement Project and crafting Roadmaps for SMEs to improve their productivity
