Job Description

This position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing tech company. You will gain insight and great experience into an internet start-up, experience life as an entrepreneur and get involved in all aspects of the company’s development. This is a great opportunity to learn on the job and gain exposure to a dynamic startup environment!

Day to day activities will include: Responsible for merchant onboarding and execution of merchant training; Responding to merchant enquiries and requirements; Communicate clearly and effectively and maintain great relationships with restaurant partners; Responding to customer support enquiries 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for helping merchants succeed and take pride in their success
  • Loves processes. Has to be extremely process-driven and detail-oriented
  • Analytical with good problem solving and organisation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven with the ability to learn fast and think on feet
  • Hungry for learning and capable of working independently
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment, self-motivated and display good team spirit
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including good command of English and Mandarin
  • Well-versed with Excel formulas and functions e.g.: data lookup function, IF conditional function, pivot table, etc. will be an advantage
  • If you love being challenged to resolve issues and think out of the box, we have the perfect opportunity for you
  • Anyone who have interned in fast-growing start-up or folks from UberEats, Deliveroo, FoodPanda Ops team and looking for a much bigger challenge!
  • Must be able to commit full-time for at least 3-6 months
